Co-founder of Practical Process Consulting, has worked in diverse industries including; Television and News Production, Education, Technology and Healthcare. She began her healthcare career in her home town of Butte Montana.
Brenda’s 20 years in healthcare encompasses work in both clinical settings and health plan operations. With diverse experience in; Leadership, Grievance and Appeals, Community and Member Outreach, Customer Care, Program Development and Management, Enrollment Data Management, Prior Authorization, Vendor Management, Operations and Business Transformation for Medicaid, Medicare and ACA plans in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Brenda is as passionate about her work as she is her community service, supporting programs of women’s empowerment, child education and healthy living. Brenda spends her free time with family and friends enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
