Co-founder of Practical Process Consulting has worked in healthcare since 1992. She began her career in Phoenix, Arizona after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Terri’s background includes over 25 years of experience in program/project management and operations management in diverse industries such as food and distribution services, hotel and entertainment, transportation and healthcare.

Terri began her healthcare career in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Provider Data Management, expanding her experience to include Leadership and Mentoring, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Program Development, Vendor Management, Web Support, Tele-Behavioral Health and Risk Adjustment in the Medicare, Tricare, and ACA arenas.

Terri is as energetic about her work as she is about her community service, supporting programs of women’s empowerment, conscious healthcare consumerism, and healthy living. Terri spends her free time with family and friends enjoying her three adorable cats.
